Privacy and your website choices

Information you share in an inquiry

Enrollment and contact forms collect the information shown beside each field so the team can respond. An enrollment inquiry includes the selected program, parent or guardian contact details, a child’s first name and age, community and contact preferences. Please do not send medical records, identity documents, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

Website and inquiry services

Netlify hosts the website and receives native form submissions. Neon provides the administration database, staff sign-in and private image storage. Authorised staff use the protected administration portal to review and follow up on inquiries. Hosting and spam-prevention services may process technical request information as part of providing these services.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is optional. It loads after you choose Allow analytics and helps the team understand visits and actions such as successful inquiry submissions and phone or email link clicks. This website does not send the names, email addresses, child details or messages entered in its forms to Google Analytics. Google may receive technical information associated with a measurement request. Read Google’s privacy information for details about its services.

Change your choice

Use Analytics preferences in the website footer to allow or decline optional analytics. Declining does not prevent you from using the inquiry forms. The website also respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Questions about an inquiry
